What to include in your first message

A complete first message lets us answer with a real shortlist instead of a follow-up question. The fields below are the ones that actually change the quotation:

• Model year or year range — a single year or the range you will accept, since it changes both availability and price.
• Quantity — one unit for evaluation, or the number of units in the intended order.
• Destination country and port — this decides whether the quotation is written FOB or CIF, and what freight applies.
• Preferred trade term — FOB from a Chinese port, or CIF to your destination port.
• Budget or price range — a range is enough; it tells us which trims and model years to shortlist.
• Condition media you need — photos and video, VIN and odometer evidence, or an independent inspection arrangement.

If you are still comparing models, send the requirement without a firm choice and ask for current options. The shortlist comes back with model year, recorded mileage, powertrain and FOB indication attached to each unit.

What happens after you send an enquiry

1. We read the requirement and check current stock first, because a listed unit can be quoted and inspected sooner than a market search.
2. You receive a shortlist of matching units with model year, recorded mileage, powertrain, colour and FOB indication.
3. For the units you keep on the list, condition evidence is prepared for that specific VIN, and an independent inspection can be arranged on request.
4. The commercial terms are written down: trade term, named port, what is included, payment stages and the documents for the shipment.
5. After the agreed deposit, the vehicle is prepared, documented and loaded, and the shipping documents are handed over for destination clearance.

Nothing is quoted from a catalogue. If a requirement cannot be met from stock or from the market at an acceptable price, we say so rather than substituting a different vehicle.

Single unit or dealer order

There is no fixed minimum order applied to sourcing, so an enquiry can be a single vehicle bought to evaluate a model before a larger order, or a multi-unit order built from several models and brands. Order quantity is limited by what is actually available for the model and by how the shipment is arranged, not by a published threshold.

Before you ask for a quotation

Two things are worth checking on your side before a deposit, because both sit outside the vehicle price and outside APXAUTO's control:

• Import eligibility in your market — steering position, vehicle age limits, powertrain categories, conformity and registration rules are applied by the importing country at the time of import and can change between shipments.
• Destination charges — terminal handling, customs duty, tax, conformity and inland delivery are paid in the destination market and are not included in an FOB price.

Yes. Send the model, model year or year range, quantity, destination port and budget, and you will receive current options with prices attached. A quotation is always tied to named units, so you can compare them on year, mileage, powertrain and condition rather than on a single headline figure.

Do you answer questions before payment?

Yes. Availability, condition media, VIN and odometer evidence, the proposed trade term, the named port and the document list are all discussed before any deposit. Requests for extra photographs, video or an independent inspection are made at this stage rather than after loading.

Can I visit or appoint someone to inspect the vehicle?

Buyers who need an independent assessment can appoint their own inspector. Tell us in advance so the specific vehicle can be made available before loading, and the inspection findings can be reviewed together with the condition evidence already prepared for that unit.

What information do you need for a wholesale enquiry?

The model mix or target models, the model year or range you will accept, the quantity of each, the destination port, the trade term you prefer and your budget range.
