Wholesale Used Cars from China for Dealers

A repeatable sourcing and export workflow for professional vehicle buyers, covering single units, multi-car orders and mixed container shipments.

Current vehicles

APXAUTO is a Wuhan-registered vehicle export company supplying wholesale used cars from China to professional buyers: dealers, importers, distributors, fleet buyers and automotive trading companies. Dealer orders start from live stock rather than a catalogue, so every shortlist is built from units that are actually listed, with a model year, recorded mileage, powertrain and FOB indication attached to each one. Orders can be a single car for a customer who already asked for it, or a multi-unit shipment built from mixed models and mixed brands. This page explains how sourcing works, what changes the price, how a mixed order is planned and how an order moves from enquiry to shipment.

Who We Work With

APXAUTO supplies used vehicles from China to the following buyer types. The workflow is the same for each; only the order size and the shipping plan change.

  • Car dealers buying stock for their own showroom or forecourt, including single units and repeat orders.
  • Importers who handle clearance and distribution in the destination market and need export-side documentation to match.
  • Distributors supplying other resellers and building a model mix around a regional demand pattern.
  • Fleet buyers ordering several units that need to be comparable in model year, mileage and specification.
  • Automotive trading companies that buy on behalf of a third party and need the offer sheet, documents and shipping records to line up.

Brand coverage in current stock includes CHERY, GEELY, JETOUR, BYD, JETTA, CHANGAN, AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN, GAC, NETA. Current FOB indications range from USD 4,000 – USD 26,300 per vehicle.

Wholesale Vehicle Sourcing

Wholesale sourcing at APXAUTO runs on four order shapes. Each one is quoted against specific units, so the terms are comparable across enquiries.

  • Single vehicle. One unit ordered against an existing listing, often because a customer has already chosen a model.
  • Multi-vehicle order. Several units of the same model requested together, which is the usual way to keep a batch consistent for a fleet or a reseller.
  • Mixed models. Different models combined in one order to cover more than one customer segment on arrival.
  • Dealer sourcing request. A model, year range, quantity and budget are sent in advance, and current options are answered with year, mileage, powertrain, colour and FOB indication.

Order quantity depends on model availability and shipping arrangements. There is no published blanket minimum order that applies to every model, and wholesale terms are quoted per enquiry because the vehicle mix, destination port, trade term and loading method change the cost structure. A quotation always states the named port, the trade term, what is included and what remains the buyer's responsibility.

What Dealer Demand Looks Like in APXAUTO Inquiries

APXAUTO's inbound enquiries are not only single-car buyers. In APXAUTO's Algeria inquiry records through September 17, 2026, 858 contacts showed clear dealer, resale, wholesale, showroom or trader characteristics, and 343 of the contacts in the same dataset included explicit multi-vehicle purchasing intent. Both figures come from anonymized contact records, not from a survey or an estimate.

Contacts with explicit multi-vehicle purchasing intent343

Recent anonymized APXAUTO dealer enquiries have included:

  • A 6-unit Audi A3 and Q3 request quoted CIF Algiers
  • A mixed 2-unit T-Roc and 2-unit Golf request for 2025 units on FOB terms
  • A 4-unit T-Roc request
  • A 4-unit T-Cross request
  • A 5-unit Polo request
  • A 4-unit Golf 8.5 request
  • A first order of 12 units
  • A recurring requirement of around 20 units per month

Those examples are anonymized: no customer name, company, contact detail or message text is published, and quantities are stated only as they appeared in the enquiry. The pattern behind them is what matters for planning — dealer orders mix models in one shipment, they specify a model year or year range rather than leaving it open, and they usually name a destination port and a trade term so the quotation can be compared directly.

The practical steps for a multi-unit order are unchanged: send the model mix, quantity, model year or range, budget and destination port; receive current options with model year, mileage, powertrain, colour and FOB indication; approve the units after the VIN-level evidence has been reviewed; then fix the trade term, named port and payment stages in writing.

Data note: these figures come from APXAUTO inquiry data — anonymized inquiries received by APXAUTO through September 17, 2026. They are APXAUTO's own customer and dealer inquiry records, not national vehicle registrations or total market sales, and inquiry volume can also be influenced by advertising activity, current inventory and the models APXAUTO promotes.

A model family can contain a wide band because model year, recorded mileage, trim and powertrain differ between units, and because a family bundles several listings rather than one car. For a wholesale quotation, send the models you want, the model year or range, the quantity and the destination port; the reply prices the specific units rather than the family average. FOB covers the vehicle and origin costs only — ocean freight, insurance, destination duty, taxes and local clearance are separate unless a CIF quotation states otherwise.

Mixed Orders

A mixed order is planned around the loading method rather than around a fixed bundle. Dealers can combine multiple models and multiple brands in one enquiry, and container planning decides how many units fit and in what order they are loaded. Whether a particular combination can be consolidated is confirmed for the specific units, because body type, dimensions and carrier acceptance all affect the plan.

Practical points for planning a mixed shipment:

  • Send the model mix and quantity together with the destination port so the loading plan and the freight quotation are built on the same basis.
  • State the model year or year range you will accept for each model instead of leaving it open.
  • Group units that need the same preparation and documentation so the shipment file stays consistent.
  • Confirm the loading list, the vehicle identification and the document names against the approved units before the vessel sails.

Inspection

Every unit can be supported with its own evidence file before shipment: VIN, odometer photo, exterior and interior media, paint and panel observations, disclosed defects and, for running vehicles, start-up and driving checks. For multi-unit orders the same evidence structure is applied to each VIN, so the files can be compared unit by unit.

Shipping

Two trade terms are quoted for dealer orders. FOB names a Chinese departure port: the vehicle is delivered to that port and the buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance. CIF names a destination port and includes freight and insurance up to that port. Under both terms, destination customs clearance, duty, taxes and inland delivery remain with the buyer.

Container loading and RoRo are both used on APXAUTO routes, and the right method depends on the number of units, vehicle size and carrier schedule. Destination port charges, sailing schedules and carrier acceptance rules change over time, so the named port and the method are confirmed in writing for each shipment.

Why Dealers Work With APXAUTO

  • Current inventory published unit by unit, so shortlists are built on listed vehicles rather than generated examples.
  • Multi-brand sourcing from one supplier, which reduces the number of counterparties in an order.
  • Unit-level vehicle inspection material prepared before shipment.
  • Export documents prepared for the shipment and handed over for destination clearance.
  • FOB and CIF options quoted separately so freight and insurance can be compared directly.
  • WhatsApp response on sourcing, quotation and shipment questions in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Order quantity depends on model availability and shipping method. Many stock vehicles can be ordered individually, while consolidated container orders are quoted per enquiry.

Can dealers mix different models in one order?

Yes. Mixed-model orders and container consolidation are supported, subject to the loading plan and carrier schedule.

How is wholesale pricing confirmed?

Each enquiry is quoted against specific units and a named port. The quotation states the trade term, what is included and what remains the buyer's responsibility.

Do you help with export documents?

Yes. APXAUTO prepares the export-side documents for the shipment and hands over the shipping documents needed for destination clearance.

How do I get a wholesale quotation?

Send the models you want, the model year or year range, the quantity, your budget and the destination port. You will receive current options with model year, mileage, powertrain, colour and FOB indication so the quotation can be compared against your own specification.

Can I start with one car?

Yes. Many stock vehicles can be ordered as a single unit, and dealers often place a first order of one or two cars before moving to larger shipments.
