What vehicle sourcing covers
Sourcing is for buyers whose model is not already listed, or who need a specific year, trim, colour, powertrain or quantity. Instead of guessing what is available, we search the current market against your requirement and report back with actual units, including what could not be found.
- Brand and model — the exact variant you want to sell in your market.
- Model year — a single year or an accepted range, since it affects availability and price.
- Quantity — one unit for evaluation, or the volume for a dealer order.
- Powertrain and trim — petrol, diesel, hybrid or battery-electric, and the trim level.
- Destination market — steering position, registration rules and the port you will import through.
- Budget — a target FOB range so the shortlist is realistic from the first reply.
How a sourcing request is handled
- Send the requirement: model, model year, quantity, powertrain and budget.
- We check current stock first, because a listed unit is faster and cheaper than a search.
- If it is not in stock, we search the market and report available units with their year, mileage and FOB indication.
- You choose which units to pursue, and condition evidence is prepared for those VINs.
- Terms, documents and the named port are confirmed in writing before payment.
Search results depend on what is actually in the market at the time, so we report the units found rather than promising a model will be available. If nothing matches your requirement and budget, we say so.

- Confirm what your market registers, including steering position, age limits and powertrain categories.
- Check whether the trim or equipment level you want exists in the Chinese market for that model year.
- Decide whether you are buying a single unit to evaluate or placing a dealer order.
- Ask what the destination charges will be, since they sit outside the FOB price.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum is applied to sourcing. Order quantity depends on model availability and shipping arrangements, so a single unit can be sourced for evaluation before a larger order.
How long does sourcing take?
It depends on how common the model and year are in the Chinese market. A listed unit can be quoted immediately; an unlisted specification needs a market search, and the time that takes varies with the model.
Do you source models that are not on the website?
Yes. The website lists current stock, not the limit of what can be sourced. Send the requirement and we will report what is available.
Can I request several models in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model orders are handled where the shipping method and schedule allow it.
